Priti Kumar Bhatnagar is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across business development, sales, technology partnerships, channel strategy, operations and growth. Her experience combines senior leadership roles with the first-hand perspective of a founder who has built and scaled a technology business from the ground up. 

As the founder of Padah Solutions, Priti scaled the company from inception to approximately ₹100 crore in revenue, while building and mentoring a team of 50–55 professionals. She established the operational and governance frameworks required for growth, developed technology partnerships with companies including Atlassian, Zendesk and Freshworks, and led projects across India and international markets. 

Her career also includes leadership experience with IBM, Amrut Software, Paradyne Infotech and Equest Technologies, giving her a strong combination of entrepreneurial thinking and enterprise-level commercial experience.
